Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an Antlytics account or using the Antlytics service (including the tracking snippet, dashboard, and API), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

Antlytics is operated by Antlytics Pty Ltd (ABN TBD), registered in Australia. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

2. Service description

Antlytics provides web analytics software as a service. We offer a Free tier and paid Starter and Pro tiers. Features and limits for each tier are described at antlytics.com/#pricing. We reserve the right to modify features or limits with reasonable notice.

2a. Fair use and usage limits

The Free plan includes a hard monthly pageview limit and a separate hard limit on custom events and engagement signals (published on the pricing page). When a Free account reaches its pageview or auxiliary-event limit for the calendar month, further matching events are not recorded until the next month or until you upgrade. Free accounts are limited to one tracked site and a shorter dashboard history window.

Paid plans include a monthly pageview allowance (published on the pricing page). We measure usage as pageview events ingested per calendar month across all your sites. If you approach or exceed your allowance we will notify you by email (at approximately 80% and 100% of the included amount) and may ask you to upgrade. We do not apply automatic metered overage charges and we do not lock you out of your dashboard for exceeding a paid allowance. Sustained or extreme overuse may result in ingest throttling or a request to move to a suitable plan, with notice.

2b. API and MCP access

The REST API and Model Context Protocol (MCP) server are available on paid plans. Access is granted via bearer tokens that you create in the dashboard; tokens are scoped to your account and the sites you own. You are responsible for keeping tokens confidential and may revoke them at any time from Settings → API tokens. Certain administrative MCP tools (such as report generation and ingest controls) are limited to the Pro tier. API requests are subject to rate limits to protect the service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to collect data from websites you do not own or have permission to track
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, reverse engineer the service, or access other customers' data
• Use the ingest API in a way that generates abusive volumes of requests
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without prior written agreement

4. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed in United States dollars (USD) via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled. Prices shown on the pricing page are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We do not offer refunds except where required by Australian Consumer Law. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Data and privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of any data you collect through Antlytics. We process that data only to provide and improve the service.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the service offline for maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Antlytics Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time via the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. Upon termination, data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email to account holders.
