Add Antlytics to Payload CMS

Payload CMS is Next.js-native — your Payload project is also your frontend Next.js application. Follow the Next.js App Router guide to add the snippet to your root layout.

Add it to app/(frontend)/layout.tsx (or your root layout file) so it tracks all public-facing pages without running inside the Payload admin panel.
